Basic tips on losing weight!!

Hello, I am glad you are looking for a healthy way to lose weight. Basically, the way to lose weight is to expend more energy than you consume. so you need to eat foods that are healthy eg. fruit, veges, lean meat, breads, cereals. you need to cut down on snack foods such as chips, chocolate, soft drinks etc because they are very high in calories.
also, to expend the energy you have consumed, you should exercise. walking and jogging are very good ways to help lose weight but any exercise is good. if you catch the bus home from school, walk instead, or get off a few stops earlier and walk.
try to exercise at least three times per week for at least half an hour each time.
